About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Databricks Engineer to design and build scalable data platforms and advanced analytics solutions leveraging Databricks, AWS, and up-to-date data engineering practices.

What You'll Do:

- Deep hands-on experience with Databricks (Python, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake) in large-scale production
- Proven experience building end-to-end data pipelines on Databricks
- Strong hands-on experience with Delta Live Tables (DLT)
- Advanced experience with Unity Catalog (governance, lineage, access control)
- Strong experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with vector databases / embedding pipelines
- Expertise in Spark performance tuning and cost optimization
- Experience managing production workloads, monitoring, and reliability
- Strong experience with AWS-based data platforms
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive technical delivery
- Understanding of data observability, reliability, and FinOps practices
- Ability to influence architecture decisions and stakeholder alignment
- Strong communication skills across technical and business teams

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Hands-on experience with Databricks Mosaic AI capabilities
- Exposure to experience in integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI or any other) into data workflows
- Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines (embeddings + retrieval + inference)




- Experience building and operating AI agents
- Experience in regulated or financial services environments
