Position: Manager
- Accounting Manager:
1. Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
2. Reviewing Payables ageing with area teams and clearing bottlenecks. Also reviewing areas of improvement
3. Control and co-ordinate with stakeholders for BRS accounting
4. Handle Statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure 100% compliance to statute and timelines. Closing audit points and providing management commentary.
5. Accounting of all inter-company transactions and reconciliation
6. Warranty cost booking and collection. Correct warranty cost recovery from OEM.
7. Salary accounting and analyzing the salary cost to examine variance for salary cost.
8. TDS review & monitoring the payments.
9. Analyze discount on parts & Truck sales, check trends and secure justification.
- Business support and Analysis
1. Adherence of AMC agreement terms with customers and ensure adherence and provision adequacy.
2. Push business team in taking aggressive collection targets and ensure meeting thos through meticulous review.
3. Identify gaps in workshops across India and fix processes to ensure improvements for achieving efficiency in finance operations and control cost. Process improvement adoption across workshops.
4. Help business team to prepare business cases for various business needs.
5. Expense Analysis vs budget vs same period last year with adequate reasoning. Push business to adhere BP limits.
6. Closely monitor ageing inventories, Identifying slow moving and securing actions from business team for liquidation
7. Creating insightful presentations for management on topics of business importance.
8. Supporting in Budget planning & finalization with business & other functions.
