Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in life insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life insurance policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace while meeting deadlines.
