- Manage PMS (Performance Management System) data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel templates for tracking performance metrics, KPIs, and other key indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in the organization's operations.
- Provide analytical insights from PMS data to inform business decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in using Excel as a reporting tool.
