- Provide L1/L2 support for end-user devices, resolving hardware, software, and OS issues.
- Manage Active Directory accounts, access, and security policies.
- Support O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Handle incident via ITSM while maintaining SLA compliance.
- Ensure endpoint security, system updates, and efficient asset management.
