Role & responsibilities

- Supervise agrochemical plant operations and manpower
- Monitor batch manufacturing and formulation processes
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental norms
- Manage production planning and reporting
- Oversee liquid formulation and packaging activities

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in plant operations and manpower handling
- Ability to manage daily production activities efficiently
- Prior experience in agrochemical or chemical manufacturing preferred
- Candidates from Ankleshwar / Bharuch location will be preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
