Role: Service Engineer
Location: Andheri (W)
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission textile machinery at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Attend customer complaints and provide prompt technical solutions.
- Ensure proper machine performance after installation and servicing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Maintain skilled relationships with customers and ensure timely service response.
- Travel to customer locations across Gujarat and Surat as per service requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer in machinery/equipment installation and servicing.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance is mandatory.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Surat .
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
