Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing and acquiring new customers for property loan, Agri and Working Capital products.
- Managing and developing customer relationships.
- Achieving business targets and portfolio growth.
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintaining portfolio quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the Banking/NBFC sector.
- Hands-on experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Working Capital products is prioritized .
- Good understanding of SME/MSME lending and customer relationship management.
- Solid sales, communication, and business development skills.
- Graduate (Preferably in Finance) OR
- MBA (Finance/Marketing)
