. To drive General shift Maintenance for mechanical-1 section to achieve the target with zero harm

- Annual budget preparation of Kiln & Cooler area

. Knowledge SAP, My Setu & Clip

. Annual S/D planning

. Inventory management in section with positive spare planning ability

. Implementation of all safety standard in section to achieve zero harm

. Implementation of systems & Audits in section

. Sound knowledge on Mechanical equipment for maintaining better efficiency & reliability

. Having good communication skills to influence & engage the team

. To maintain S&S; & RPM expenses as per budgeted norms.

.Develop subordinates in all respect
