* Operate and monitor SMT machines (Printer, Pick & Place, and Reflow Oven) to achieve production targets.
* Perform machine setup, feeder loading, program changeovers, and first-off inspections.
* Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out basic preventive maintenance.
* Inspect PCB assemblies for quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
* Follow ESD, safety, and 5S practices while maintaining accurate production records.
