Job Description:
- Work independently, effectively and efficiently
- Analytical testing of Basic Chemicals and Intermediates
- Possess good understanding of chemistry and reactions
- Registering samples and understanding testing requirements
- Preparing Test Reports
- Communicating deviation against Specifications to Manager
- Data Entry of results in Excel Sheet
- Maintain product wise paper records
- Preparing samples and COA for courier purpose
- Preparing documents for courier purpose (export samples)
- Minimizing errors and gaps to reduce repeat testing
- Communicating reports to concern parties including internal
- Tracking sample reports from customers and reporting to sales for further follow up
- Attend customer complaints
- Adopt SOP to minimize complaints or errors
