About AIC-SKUAIC-SKU Confederation is an Atal Incubation Centre supported by Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Government of India, and Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society. Based at Sri Krishnadevaraya University, AIC-SKU is committed to building a vibrant innovation and startup ecosystem by supporting startups, innovators, students, MSMEs, researchers, and entrepreneurs.We are looking for a passionate professional to lead incubation programs, startup operations, and innovation initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute incubation and entrepreneurship programs.- Manage the complete startup lifecycle—from scouting and onboarding to mentoring, monitoring, and graduation.- Organize innovation challenges, hackathons, boot camps, workshops, and training programs.- Monitor project deliverables, KPIs, timelines, and reporting.- Coordinate with startups, mentors, government departments, universities, and ecosystem partners.- Maintain operational MIS, SOPs, documentation, dashboards, and compliance records.- Support proposal writing, grant implementation, and organizational reporting.- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the CEO.QualificationsEssential- Ph.D. or UG & PG Degree in Science, Engineering, or Management.ExperienceEither:- Ph.D.
