We are building an institutional-grade real estate portfolio across marquee leisure and religious tourism destinations in India.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations of our residential and hospitality assets in Shimla. This role is central to protecting asset value, ensuring resident/guest satisfaction, and maintaining the premium standard our brand is built on.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Operations: Oversee daily operations — housekeeping, security, horticulture, plumbing, electrical, and civil maintenance — across the property.● Preventive maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems (lifts, DG sets, water supply, fire safety, HVAC, etc.).● Vendor management: Manage vendor relationships — AMCs, service contracts, procurement, and negotiations for facility-related services.● Team supervision: Supervise on-ground facility staff and outsourced manpower; ensure discipline, attendance, and performance standards.● Compliance & budgets: Ensure compliance with safety, fire,
