Role Description The Pilates Studio Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing daily studio operations and ensuring a premium client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve driving studio sales and membership growth,



supporting marketing initiatives, and organizing wellness events and brand collaborations. The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service, as well as monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements to enhance studio efficiency. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members and to deliver a high-quality studio experience. Candidates should possess Team Leadership and basic Project Management skills to coordinate staff, manage schedules, and oversee events and operational initiatives. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality management; and comfort using scheduling and CRM software. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality, sports management, or a related field, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
