This role keeps the office running on the finance, HR, and admin side. You will handle the books and compliance filings, manage payroll and employee paperwork, and take care of vendors, assets, and everything else that keeps a workplace functioning. Finance and accounting Day to day bookkeeping in Zoho Books or Tally, covering AP, AR, and bank reconciliations Vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash management Coordinating with the CA firm on audits, filings, and year end documentation Processing payroll inputs and supporting salary disbursement Compliance and statutory Preparing and filing GST returns, TDS deductions, skilled tax, and PF and ESI contributions Maintaining statutory registers and keeping documentation audit ready at all times Supporting ROC and MCA filings alongside the company secretary HR operations Employee lifecycle administration: offer letters, onboarding kits, document collection, confirmations, exits, and full and final settlements Payroll inputs, Form 16 distribution, and running the investment declaration cycle Recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, candidate communication,



and offer logistics Maintaining the employee handbook and policy documents Office and administration Vendor coordination for facilities, internet, housekeeping, security, and pantry Asset register upkeep for laptops and equipment, from issue through recovery at exit Travel bookings and visa documentation support for the team Tracking office lease, utilities, and insurance renewal dates Procurement and basic vendor negotiation B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance. CA Inter is a plus ~2 to 4 years in accounts, finance operations, or a combined finance and admin role, preferably at a startup or SME ~ Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI processes ~ Comfortable with Tally or Zoho Books and solid Excel skills ~ Clear written and spoken English, since you will work with a US based founder ~ Discretion with confidential financial and employee information ~ Experience with an HRMS or payroll tool such as Keka, greytHR, or Zoho People Interest in growing into a broader finance and operations ownership role Direct access to the founders and real visibility into how a SaaS business runs
