Job Description:The Production Skilled and Technical Coordinator positions may be treated as priority and specialized appointments rather than routine replacements.The required personnel must possess demonstrated experience in:- Production planning and execution of large-scale institutional events.- Sound, lighting, LED walls, stage infrastructure and live-streaming systems.- Technical vendor identification, negotiation, deployment and performance monitoring.- Preparation and scrutiny of technical specifications, BOQs and production layouts.- On-site troubleshooting and execution under compressed timelines.- Simultaneous management of multiple venues and event requirements.- Maintenance of event-wise production records, inventories, rate cards and vendor databases.Required Skills & qualifications:- Bachelor's degree- 1–3 years of experience.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Customer service orientation.- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Problem-solving and organizational skills.Call at (phone hidden)
