If you have expertise in scaling app-first performance marketing campaigns, managing large media budgets, and leading high-performing teams, we'd love to connect with you.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.- Lead Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.- Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and business growth.- Drive campaign planning, audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements using GA4, Data Studio/Tableau, and Excel.- Mentor and manage a team of performance marketers, ensuring continuous learning and high performance.- Collaborate with Growth, SEO, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to improve campaign outcomes.- Stay updated with platform changes,
