It is imperative to understand the unique pulse of vertical storytelling and know exactly how to keep audiences hooked.Key Responsibilities:- Edit and Assemble: Deliver fast-paced, high-retention fiction and non-fiction micro-dramas optimized specifically for vertical app viewing.- Master the Pacing: Apply a deep understanding of short-form narrative structure to ensure every second drives the story forward and maximizes viewer retention.- Audio & Trend Integration: Source and seamlessly integrate trending Gen Z music, viral sounds, and impactful sound design to elevate the content's emotional and cultural resonance.- Collaborate: Work closely with the content and production teams to execute visual concepts from rough cut to final delivery.What We're Looking For:- Experience: Up to 5-6 years of professional video editing experience, ideally in digital media, short films, or social-first content.- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of industry-standard editing software (e.G.,
