Hiring: QHSE Superintendent – Tankers | PuneSynergy Marine Group is looking for an experienced QHSE Superintendent to strengthen our tanker fleet operations.Eligibility:✅ Master (FG) Certificate of Competency✅ Sailed as Master on ocean-going vessels✅ Tanker vessel experience is mandatoryKey Responsibilities:- Lead Management of Change (MOC) activities for vessel takeovers and handovers.- Conduct internal ship and office audits and drive corrective actions.- Review risk assessments, hot work proposals, and safety-related reports.- Support ISM, ISPS, TMSA compliance and documentation.- Analyze Near Miss, LARP, and QHSE performance trends.- Coordinate fleet-wide QHSE campaigns and security updates.If you have a passion for maritime safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
