About the Role We are looking for an energetic, highly skilled, and creatively ambitious Video Editor who understands how to transform raw footage into classy, visually compelling, and professionally finished video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, pacing, music, typography, colour, and visual composition. You should be equally comfortable editing elegant brand films, high-energy digital campaigns, social media content, interviews, promotional videos, and narrative-driven communication pieces. We are looking for a visual storyteller who can understand the objective of a project, develop the right editing treatment, and deliver content that feels polished, premium, and memorable. Edit raw footage into refined and engaging video content for digital campaigns, branded communication, social media, promotional films, and other media projects. Manage the complete post-production process, from footage organisation and initial cuts to sound design, colour correction,



motion graphics, and final export. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, content teams, and producers to understand the vision, audience, and communication objective of each project. Create sophisticated editing styles that align with the brand identity and overall creative direction. Add transitions, music, sound effects, subtitles, graphics, animation, and visual effects wherever required. Perform colour correction and colour grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and premium output quality. Develop motion graphics, title sequences, typography animations, and supporting visual elements using Adobe After Effects or similar software. Adapt and optimise video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms. Maintain organised project files, footage libraries, graphics, audio assets, and final deliverables. Handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Incorporate feedback professionally and improve edits through multiple review cycles. Stay updated with evolving video trends, editing techniques, visual styles, platform formats, and creative technologies. Strong professional experience in video editing and post-production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar industry-standard editing software.



Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and other motion graphics or design tools. Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual rhythm, audio integration, typography, and composition. Ability to create visually elegant, modern, and high-quality video content. Strong knowledge of colour grading, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, and video formatting. A sharp creative eye with exceptional attention to detail. Energetic, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise assignments, and maintain consistent output quality. Openness to feedback, experimentation, and continuous creative improvement. A solid portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional-quality editing work is essential. Proficiency in the Odia language will be strongly preferred. Experience creating political, public communication, corporate, social media, advertising, or documentary-style content will be an advantage. Knowledge of camera formats, production workflows, audio editing, and basic filming techniques will be valuable.
