We are committed to creating a trusted rice supply chain from India based on fairness, sustainability, traceability, and responsible sourcing. As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to help expand our export business across key international markets. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving export growth, developing recent business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and expanding SHARSID's presence across the USA, Europe, Middle East, and South East Asia. Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve annual export targets. Identify and acquire new importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and B2B buyers across target markets. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time, complaint-free deliveries. Monitor global market trends, competitor activities,



and pricing to strengthen SHARSID's commercial position. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and monthly business updates for senior management. Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, International Trade, Agribusiness, or a related field. ✔ 7+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in: Food Products ✔ Proven experience in export sales, international trade documentation, customer relationship management, and foreign exchange exposure. ✔ Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and CRM skills. ✔ Willingness to travel internationally.
