We support conference workflows and ensure that valuable research is effectively processed, structured, and delivered across platforms like Engineering Village and Scopus.About the RoleThe Production Manager - Conferences is responsible for managing end-to-end conference production workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between Product, Operations, and Suppliers. The role focuses on data quality, operational efficiency, stakeholder communication, and delivering high-quality conference content aligned with business and product requirements.Responsibilities:Develop a strong understanding of the product roadmap and business requirements to align conference production activitiesManage workflow coordination and communication between Product, Operations, and Suppliers, including hosting weekly and ad hoc meetingsResearch, analyze, and resolve issues reported by customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersMonitor data quality, conduct regular health checks, and ensure accuracy and consistency across systemsTrack and report key operational metrics through dashboards and trackersManage and monitor budgets and supplier invoices, ensuring financial accuracy and complianceEnsure smooth execution of conference content ingestion, processing,



and delivery workflowsDrive continuous improvement in operational processes and data quality standardsAbility to write clear and structured AI prompts to improve output quality and efficiencyLeverage AI tools for routine operational tasks and productivity improvementsUnderstanding of conference workflows and publishing practicesKnowledge of conference proceedings structure and publication standardsFamiliarity with Engineering Village and Scopus use cases, including content policies and workflowsAwareness of issue management processes, roles, and stakeholder expectationsRequirementGraduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in operations, publishing, or data-driven rolesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in workflow management, data analysis, and reportingFamiliarity with tools such as JIRA, dashboards, and data platforms is preferredAbility to collaborate across teams and drive problem-solving initiativesWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
