About the Role: We are seeking an accomplished Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for cosmetics and personal hygiene products including creams, lotions, and body washes. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Director – Manufacturing, with full accountability for production, quality, compliance, engineering, EHS, and workforce management. Responsibilities Manufacturing Excellence: Drive production efficiency, quality KPIs, and GMP/ISO 22716 compliance Quality & Regulatory: Ensure hygiene standards per MOHP, CAPMAS, EU/FDA regulations; manage audits and certifications Engineering & Maintenance: Lead preventive/predictive maintenance, utilities, automation, and energy-saving initiatives Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee RM/PM availability, warehouse operations, and export/import logistics People Leadership: Develop and mentor a diverse workforce; implement skill development and succession planning Cost & KPI Management:



Own plant P monitor OEE, Yield, Downtime, OTIF, Safety, Absenteeism Project Execution: Support NPIs, plant expansion, and equipment validation projects Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering; MBA preferred Experience: 20+ years in FMCG manufacturing, with 10+ years in plant leadership roles Proven expertise in cosmetics/personal hygiene formulations and large-scale plant operations Required Skills Manufacturing Excellence Quality & Regulatory Compliance Engineering & Maintenance Leadership Supply Chain Coordination EHS & Compliance Management People Leadership Cost & KPI Management Project Execution Preferred Skills Experience in automation and digital transformation Knowledge of sustainability practices in manufacturing
