Provide evidence-based treatment and clinical decision-making. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and CME activities. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and regulatory requirements. Attend emergency calls and critical situations as per departmental requirements. Guide and mentor junior doctors, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals. Promote patient satisfaction through effective communication and compassionate care. Participation in departmental meetings, CMEs, and quality initiatives. Effective interdisciplinary coordination and communication. Reduction in clinical errors and adverse events. QualificationsFor General Duty Medical Officers MBBS from a recognized institution. Valid Medical Council/National Medical Commission (NMC) Registration. For Specialists MD/MS/DNB or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty. Valid Medical Council/NMC Registration. For Critical Care Doctors MD/DNB in Critical Care, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or equivalent. Fellowship/Training in Critical Care Medicine preferred. Experience MBBS Doctors: 0–5 years of clinical experience. Specialists (MD/MS/DNB): Minimum 1–10 years of relevant experience preferred.
