We're Hiring | Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Sales | Goa

Monier Roofing Pvt. Ltd. (BMI Group) is looking for an experienced Sales Qualified from the Building Materials Industry to drive business growth across Goa.

n

Location: Goa (Candidates should be based in Goa or nearby.)

n

Experience: 5–9 Years (Building Materials industry experience is mandatory.)

n

CTC: ₹8–9 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate.)

n

Key Responsibilities

n

✔ Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.

n

✔ Develop and expand the dealer & distributor network.

n

✔ Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, dealers, fabricators, and government departments.

n

✔ Generate and convert B2B & B2C project opportunities.

n

✔ Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and maintain CRM.

n

✔ Negotiate and close profitable orders while ensuring healthy margins.

n

✔ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.

n

✅ What We're Looking For

n





• 5–9 years in Building Materials Sales.

n

• Strong network across Goa with architects, builders, dealers & developers.

n

• Excellent communication, negotiation & account management skills.

n

• Graduate (MBA – Marketing preferred).

n

• Willingness to travel across Goa.
