Role Description The Chief Hospital Administrator is a full-time, in office role based in Amravati, responsible for overseeing overall hospital operations and ensuring smooth, efficient functioning of all departments. This role includes managing daily administrative activities, supervising non-clinical staff, and coordinating with medical leadership to support high-quality patient care. The Chief Hospital Administrator will monitor budgets, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance, while implementing policies and procedures that improve patient experience and operational performance. Day-to-day tasks include managing patient services and front-office processes, addressing escalated concerns, reviewing performance metrics, leading quality and safety initiatives,



and fostering strong communication among clinical and administrative teams. The role also involves strategic planning, supporting accreditation efforts, and driving continuous improvement across hospital systems and services. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Hospital Operations and Hospital Management skills to oversee daily functions, workflow optimization, and departmental coordination. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage patient relations, address concerns, and maintain effective collaboration with staff and stakeholders. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Medicine to work effectively with clinical teams and support evidence-based, patient-centered practices. Relevant qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred. Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within hospitals or large healthcare facilities, including budget management and regulatory compliance, is highly beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using hospital information systems and basic office software.
