S-Recent Town, Kolkata - 700135 (Hatisala) Note: Please carry a copy/screenshot of this invitation for entry. ✅ Roles Open: • Process Executive – International Voice • Senior Process Executive – International Voice Work Location: Pune & Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience: 0 – 5 Years Eligibility: Any Full‑Time Graduate (15 years of formal education) Shifts: 24x7 Rotational (US shifts / night shifts included) ❌ Postgraduates are not eligible Employment: Full‑time ️ What you’ll do: • Handle voice support for international customers • Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism • Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions • Follow quality standards and process guidelines What we’re looking for: • Excellent verbal communication (English)



• Customer‑centric attitude and problem‑solving skills • Comfortable with rotational shifts and fast‑paced environment Mandatory documents (Originals + copies): • Updated resume (printout) • Any 2 govt photo IDs (PAN/Aadhar/Voter ID/Passport) • Academic documents: 10th & 12th marksheets, Graduation marksheets (all semesters), CMM, Provisional & Degree certificate ⚠️ Security: Laptops & cameras not permitted.
