We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Marriage Counselor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support couples in navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, and building healthier partnerships.? Key Responsibilities:Conduct individual and couple counseling sessionsAssess relationship dynamics and identify core issuesDevelop structured therapy plans tailored to clients’ needsFacilitate conflict resolution and communication strategiesMaintain confidential client records and documentationProvide pre-marital and post-marital counseling supportConduct workshops or group sessions (if required)? Requirements:Master’s degree in Psychology / Counseling / Marriage & Family TherapyRelevant certification or license in counseling (preferred)2–5 years of experience in marriage or relationship counselingStrong interpersonal and active listening skillsHigh emotional intelligence and empathyAbility to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism? Preferred Skills:Experience with CBT, EFT, or other therapeutic approachesAbility to work with diverse cultural backgroundsFluency in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred)?
