Job DescriptionCreo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3 D Visualizer to join our design team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architectural visualization and the ability to transform architectural concepts into realistic, high-quality 3 D renders and walkthroughs for premium residential projects. Responsibilities Create high-quality 3 D exterior and interior visualizations for residential projects. Develop photorealistic renders and walkthrough animations. Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand design intent. Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and furniture to enhance visual presentations. Revise visualizations based on client and design team feedback. Ensure timely delivery of renders while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.



QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3 D Visualizer (mandatory). Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Sketch Up, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and Auto CAD. Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques. Robust visualization, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Preferred QualificationsExperience in premium residential architectural and interior visualization. Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation.
