Job Title : Partner Operations Executive Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Mumbai Department: Partnerships & Alliances Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Partner Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations & engagements of our partnership ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with Cloud & AI hyperscalers like AWS, GCP & beyond to expand the partner ecosystem of Infimatrix and ensure smooth execution of alliance and channels related activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in building a career in Partner operations and Alliances Key Responsibilities : Support the operational activities related to multiple partners including that of AWS, Google, Azure etc. Coordinate onboarding, Maintain partner documentation, agreements,certifications and competencies. Track engagement models with principal vendors and downstream back to back partners. Coordinate x LOB internally and external stakeholders to ensure seamless partner and Sales operations. Monitor & Manage partner programs, benefits and timely updates Prepare and maintain partner dashboards, operational reports, and MIS Registering customer opportunities, referrals, and sales acceleration through partner portals & complete lifecycle management Required Skills :



Extremely good verbal and written communication skills in English Understanding of dynamics and mindset of a Startup and thrive in that ecosystem Robust coordination, ownership, accountability and organizational abilities. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn & expand partner ecosystems. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Team player with a customer-first and partner-first mindset. Passion for cloud, AI and latest technologies and partner ecosystem Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup firm Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, Cloud Operations, Alliance Management, Customer Success, or a similar role. Freshers with min 6 months of relevant internships in Alliances and channels can apply too. Preferred Skills : Basic understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions and partnership models Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
