- Own end-to-end admissions strategy and execution
- Lead and mentor counselling and admissions teams
- Improve lead-to-enrolment conversion and revenue performance
- Partner with marketing to optimize campaigns and channel ROI
- Build school, coaching, corporate, and education consultant partnerships
- Track funnel performance, CAC, forecasts, and conversion metrics
