ABOUT TARADEVI'S GROUP Taradevi's Group is a premium real estate and vacation home development firm currently focussed on Shimla. Our active portfolio includes (i) Taradevi's Enclave (Recent Shimla) – luxury apartments, and (ii) Taradevi's Downtown Kufri – luxury hospitality/villas, with a pipeline of upcoming launches in Shimla, Konkan, and Vrindavan. We are building an institutional-grade real estate portfolio across marquee leisure and religious tourism destinations in India. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations of our residential and hospitality assets in Shimla. This role is central to protecting asset value, ensuring resident/guest satisfaction, and maintaining the premium standard our brand is built on. Operations: Oversee daily operations — housekeeping, security, horticulture, plumbing, electrical, and civil maintenance — across the property. ● Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems (lifts, DG sets, water supply, fire safety, HVAC, etc.). ● Vendor management: Manage vendor relationships — AMCs, service contracts, procurement, and negotiations for facility-related services. ● Team supervision: Supervise on-ground facility staff and outsourced manpower; ensure discipline,



attendance, and performance standards. ● Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations applicable to residential/hospitality properties; maintain facility budgets and identify cost-optimisation opportunities without compromising quality. ● Service & reporting: Handle resident/guest complaints with prompt resolution; conduct regular inspections, maintain documentation for management review, and coordinate with sales, hospitality, and admin teams for a seamless customer experience. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field. ● 2–5 years of relevant experience in facility/property management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or residential townships. ● Strong working knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and statutory compliance. ● Excellent coordination, people-management, and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; exposure to facility management software (CMMS) is a plus. ● Play a key role in shaping the operational excellence of a landmark project in New Shimla. ● Competitive compensation aligned with experience, with genuine room to grow as the portfolio expands.
