As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for converting qualified enterprise opportunities into long-term client partnerships. You will work with senior stakeholders across large organizations, understand their business challenges, present tailored solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive revenue growth. Your primary focus is managing complex sales cycles and successfully closing high-value enterprise deals. Own the complete sales cycle for assigned enterprise opportunities, from discovery to deal closure. Engage with CXOs, senior executives, procurement teams, and key decision-makers to understand business objectives. Conduct discovery meetings, solution presentations, and executive-level discussions. Develop customized proposals, commercial offers, and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with internal teams.



Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate with Design, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery. Maintain accurate pipeline updates, forecasts, and client interactions within the CRM. Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus. ~5–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic sales, consultative B2B sales, or account management. ~ Experience engaging with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders. ~ Robust commercial negotiation and contract management skills. ~ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. ~ Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. ~
