Early Years Educator holds a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the comprehensive development and growth of young children within the centre's educational framework.Responsibilities of the Educator include, but are not limited to:- Interpreting and implementing Amra’s academic and play program- Observing and tracking a child’s growth and development- Engaging with parents and supporting them with appropriate tools and resources- Creating and maintaining a secure space for children and familiesRelevant experience & mindsets- Bachelors or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) (or) Psychology.
