This role will own strategic partnerships with large-scale digital platforms and high-DAU ecosystems such as super apps, wallets, telecom, and OEM-led platforms, alongside key lead aggregators. The role is critical to diversifying acquisition channels, driving high-quality demand at scale,
and ensuring compliance and unit economics in a regulated fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform & Lead Aggregator PartnershipsOwn strategy and execution for onboarding and scaling partnerships with high-DAU platforms (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Airtel, and similar ecosystems) and lead aggregatorsIdentify, evaluate, and prioritise potential partners based on scale, user quality, commercial viability, and compliance fitLead end-to-end partner onboarding including commercials, integrations, SLAs, and launch readinessGrowth, Performance & Quality OwnershipDrive partner performance across volume, CAC, approval rates, credit quality, fraud, and LTV metricsOptimise partner mix to balance scale with portfolio health and profitabilityWork closely with credit teams to curate strategic programs and monitor early risk signals and ensure portfolio qualityCommercials & NegotiationOwn commercial negotiations, payout structures, and performance-linked incentivesBuild scalable commercial frameworks aligned with long-term unit economicsCross-functional LeadershipPartner closely with Product and Tech teams on integrations, APIs, tracking, and attributionWork with Legal, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure smooth partner operationsAct as the single point of accountability for platform and aggregator partnershipsInsights & ReportingOwn dashboards and reporting for platform and aggregator channel performancePresent strategic updates, risks, and growth opportunities to senior leadershipQualificationsEducation:
