Job Title: Accounts Executive (2–3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions accurately
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly
- Support budgeting activities and track expenses against budgets
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings
- Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors during audit processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial records
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information
- Maintain backups of financial data and records
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B. Com preferred)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Positive understanding of accounting principles (GAAP basics)
- Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in startup or technology-driven companies
- Exposure to audit processes and financial reporting
- Basic understanding of international/US accounting (added advantage)
