Hiring: Senior Manager – NFP Audit? Locations: Bengaluru | Kolkata | Hyderabad? Experience: 12–15 Years? Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCAWe are hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Not-for-Profit (NFP) Audit to lead and manage audit engagements for U.S.-based nonprofit organizations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with global teams on complex audit engagements while leading high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise audit engagements for nonprofit organizations, including planning, execution, and completion.Perform audits in accordance with US GAAP, GAGAS, and OMB Uniform Guidance (Single Audit).Review financial statements and audit documentation to ensure quality and compliance.Manage multiple audit engagements while meeting client deadlines.Mentor, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and technical guidance.Collaborate with U.S. engagement teams and leadership on audit planning, issue resolution, and project delivery.Conduct risk assessments, review major programs, and perform compliance testing under Single Audit requirements.Drive operational excellence, resource planning,
