Close collaboration with senior leadership on strategy and dealsResponsibilities:Understand customer profiles, product details, scripts, and processes, and reach out to prospects to pitch solutions via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools.Research and identify prospect information from multiple sources/databases, managing it in a structured and actionable format.Use multiple outreach channels Call, Email, LinkedIn, etc. to establish connections and generate interest in the specific regions assignedEnsure outreach and engagement follow company guidelines and brand positioningMaintain accurate documentation, trackers, dashboards, and analytics in a data-driven manner.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for clarifications, requirements, and to share feedback from prospects.Adopt to AI tools to maximize productivity and conversionQualifications:This position is only for candidates who graduated in 2025 or 2026 Freshers / up to 1 year experience in business development can apply for this positionExcellent spoken and written EnglishHighly disciplined and self-motivated – you own your numbersStrong work ethic and bias for actionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organizationPerks:Attractive stipend and Performance-linked incentives5-day work week (Monday – Friday)A culture that values discipline, ownership, and ambition
