Department: Business Development & Digital MarketingAbout the RoleHelen O'Grady International India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Business expansion initiatives across Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, business development and relationship management who can identify high-potential business partners and successfully guide them through the entire Business acquisition journey.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify and engage prospective Business partners through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries.- Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.- Guide candidates through the evaluation and onboarding process, including territory discussions, documentation and agreement coordination.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.- Conduct market research and territory analysis to identify expansion opportunities across Mumbai.- Track pipeline performance,
