Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)About the RoleVision Square Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.Recruit for W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time positions.Work on Direct Client, MSP, VMS, and Implementation Partner requirements.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Negotiate compensation, rates,



and employment terms with candidates.Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality standards.Build long-term relationships with consultants and clients.Mentor junior recruiters and help improve team performance.Required Qualifications6–8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and Implementation Partners.Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.Excellent knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience using ATS/CRM tools.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.Proven track record of successful placements.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.What we OfferCompetitive salary with attractive performance incentives.Career growth opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Exposure to Direct Clients and Fortune 500 requirements.Continuous learning and professional development.
