Hiring: Relationship Manager – Trade Finance | Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Trade Finance to drive new client acquisition and expand the Trade Finance portfolio. This is a pure acquisition role with individual targets, focused on acquiring SME, Mid-Corporate, and Corporate clients requiring Trade Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new Trade Finance customers through field sales and relationship building.
- Promote Trade Finance products such as Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), Import & Export Finance, Bills Discounting, and Working Capital solutions.
- Identify business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with business owners, importers, exporters, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and timely service delivery.
- Achieve individual business targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.





Eligibility

- 3–8 years of experience in Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, SME Banking, or Business Banking.
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance products and banking processes.
- Proven experience in new customer acquisition is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for client meetings.

Preferred Background

Candidates from leading Private Sector Banks or reputed Financial Institutions handling Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, SME Banking, or Business Banking portfolios are preferred.
