Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.Recruit for Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming (SDTM/ADaM/TLF), Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and corporate support functions.Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and qualified networks.Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines.Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer management.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Build talent pipelines for niche biotech and clinical research roles.Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and internship programs.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.Required Qualification:2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare industry.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
