Job Description
• This is a contract base, remote Outreach/ Account Specialist position position.
• REQUIRED: Strong ENGLISH Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build relationships.
• The Specialist will be responsible for calling and engaging with potential vendors on a dailv bases and book their appointment with analyst or for site visit, maintaining relationships with current vendors, and do outreach to potential clients.
• Dailv activities include callina atleast 300 + vendors and book at a minimum of 10 appointment with the Analyst or for Site Visit
• Call selected vendors for followups and request for Quotes and other documents.
• Initiate outreach the potential client and vendors.
• Create a pipeline or proiect, maintain and create new relationships with vendor and meet or exceeding booking targets. Additionallv, the role includes
• Collaborating with team members and participating in training to enhance skills and performance
• Proficiency in calling and booking appointments for identified opportunity, setup appointment and meeting callina/booking targets.
• Proven abilitv to work collaborativelv and adapt in a dynamic, goal-oriented setting
• Familiarity with the CRM data entry is a must.
• Create pipelines for booking, and outreach projects.
• Ability to work on different type of project in service industry and explain the project high-level information to vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional
