Key Responsibilities

- Perform visual inspection of PCB assemblies after SMT, THT, manual soldering, and final assembly.
- Check soldering quality, component polarity, missing components, dry solder, excess solder, bridging, tombstoning, lifted leads, and other defects.
- Inspect boards as per customer specifications, IPC standards, work instructions, and quality checklists.
- Support AOI, X-ray, and other inspection processes as required.
- Identify and report defects to the production and quality teams.
- Maintain proper records of inspection results, defects, rejections, and rework.
- Ensure only quality-approved material moves to the next process.
- Follow ESD, 5S, safety, and shopfloor discipline requirements.
- Coordinate with production operators, supervisors, and quality engineers for defect reduction.
- Support re-inspection after rework or repair.




- Help maintain quality standards during daily production.
- Required Skills

- Basic understanding of electronic components and PCB assemblies.
- Ability to identify soldering and assembly defects.
- Valuable eyesight and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of SMT and through-hole components will be preferred.
- Ability to read basic work instructions and checklists.
- Willingness to work on the production floor.
- Disciplined, punctual, and quality-focused attitude.
- Preferred Experience

- Experience in EMS, PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, or quality inspection will be preferred.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 will be an added advantage.
