OVERVIEW

This is a full-stack, full-ownership role. You'll be the primary technical contact for integrations, internal tooling, and cross-team issue resolution. You won't hand things off - you'll debug it, fix it, and communicate the resolution. If you need someone else to own the last mile, this isn't the right fit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and maintain backend APIs in Java Spring Boot for our loan and partner ecosystem
- Develop frontend features in React / Next.js for our admin and partner portals
- Own Flutter-based mobile features end-to-end - from design handoff to Play Store / App Store
- Write Python scripts for automation, data pipelines, and internal tooling
- Integrate and troubleshoot third-party lender and fintech APIs - own the communication when issues arise
- Act as technical bridge between sales, ops, and engineering - translate issues into actionable fixes without hand-holding
- Triage production bugs, identify root cause, and resolve - not just escalate

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Backend:

Java Spring Boot - REST APIs,



Spring Security, JPA, transaction management

PostgreSQL - confident with schema design, query optimization, migrations

- Frontend:

React.js / Next.js - component architecture, state management, SSR/CSR understanding

Ability to build functional, clean UIs without needing a designer for every element

- Mobile:

Flutter - built and shipped at least one app to a store

Firebase integration (Auth, Firestore, FCM)

- Scripting & Automation:

Python - automation scripts, data processing, REST client integrations

Communication & Ownership:

- Can independently communicate with third-party lenders, support teams, and vendors
- Can debug an integration issue, write a transparent escalation, and follow it to resolution
- Comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
