- Manage the complete hiring process from Hiring requisition opens, to identifying, screening, presenting the shortlisted candidates to hiring manager till the final offer is made. Build the Robust pipeline & database of potential candidates large-scale talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs to be ready to offer for all the ongoing roles.
- Cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract applicants, minimizing the use of external agencies. Keeping the recruitment vendors engaged and informed. Campus Hiring, Coordinate with Placement authority etc.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine the manpower needs of the company.
- Develop innovative and aggressive methods and ideas to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates find “passive” candidates such as networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and mining, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research and the development of existing candidate relationships.



Establish long-term relations with potential and previous candidates who may later fill new positions.
- Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to get in touch with the best available candidates.
- Planning the interview and selection process including screening calls, interviews.
- Collect, process, and analyze the information about candidates including resumes, contacts, and social media.
- Ensuring the job descriptions properly define the needs of the company.

- Analyze previous branding initiatives of the company and help optimize the future ones.
- Participate in job fairs to work directly with potential recruits.Help with the creation and organization of the recruitment events.
