Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial analysis. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and tax-related matters.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation activities.
- Oversee payroll processing, salary accounting, and related compliance.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.




- Analyze financial data and provide actionable business insights.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, and Statutory Compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Experience in payroll and salary processing.
- Exposure to financial reporting and budgeting.
- Experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
