Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced UKG Technical Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience to support end-to-end UKG project delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional teams and clients to design, build, integrate, and deploy UKG solutions.
Mandatory Requirement :
- Hands-on UKG implementation experience is a must (end-to-end project involvement)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support UKG technical implementation across modules
- Configure, customize, and deploy UKG solutions as per business requirements
- Develop and manage UKG integrations, interfaces, and data conversions
- Work on UKG Pro / Dimensions / Workforce Management technical components
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and deployment plans
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders
- Support testing (unit, system, UAT) and post-go-live activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation
Required Skills & Experience :
- 7- 9 years of overall experience with strong focus on UKG technical consulting
- Proven experience in UKG implementations (minimum 1-2 full life-cycle projects)
- Strong knowledge of :
1. UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Management
2. Integrations, APIs, Web Services, and data interfaces
3. Reporting, security, and configuration
- Positive understanding of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance processes
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
