Role-QE Technical Lead / Architect

Location-Hyderabad,Bangalore only

Required skill set-QA automation frameworks, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, Appium, or equivalent, CI/CD integration

Must Have: Quality Engineering & Test Automation Leadership 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with proven expertise in defining test strategies, automation roadmaps, quality governance frameworks, and enterprise-scale testing programs.

- Automation Framework Design & Implementation – Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable UI, API, Mobile, and Backend test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, Appium, or equivalent.
- Test Architecture & Technology Evaluation – Strong capability to evaluate, recommend, and influence decisions on test tools, automation platforms, test environment strategies, CI/CD integration, and engineering best practices.
- Cloud, API & Performance Testing Expertise – Deep understanding of cloud-native testing, API testing, microservices validation, performance engineering, resilience testing,



and non-functional testing approaches across contemporary application architectures.
- Stakeholder Management & Delivery Governance – Proven ability to lead technical reviews, conduct test artifact and script reviews, collaborate with customer and engineering teams, manage sign-offs, mentor QA teams, and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

- Experience across QA automation frameworks and testing methodologies
- Own test strategy, automation design, and quality assurance discussions
- Evaluate and influence technical decisions related to testing tools and quality standards. Co-ordinate with larger TCS teams to bring in outside in perspective.
- Familiarity with automation design patterns, cloud testing, and performance testing approaches
- Complete deliverable review, test script reviews and collaborate closely with customer teams to meet expectations and secure signoffs.
