Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Description

- Responsible for managing full lifecycle IT recruitment for assigned business areas and/or functions.
- Develop a relationship with candidates to identify their goals, relative experience, and assess their ability against position and company requirement
- Identify and contact qualified applicants and conducting interviews for candidates' knowledge, skills and abilities for various roles by phone and videoconferencing (Zoom).
- Able to work under tied deadline positions.
- Track and report recruitment activity data in Applicant Tracking System to support staffing metrics

Minimum Qualifications

- 2 or more years of full life cycle IT recruiting experience mainly into W2 positions .
- Good understanding of H1B visa transfer process, working with GC/USC/EAD candidates,



ability to work on W2/Full Time
- Hands on experience working with Applicant Tracking System -JobDiva and experience working in a results measured environment
- Experience using social media tools for attracting, marketing, engagement, networking, and sourcing as it relates to recruiting as in LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and/or other social platforms
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Solid organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
